Kristin Humbargar works at the intersection of Positive Psychology, Organizational Change, Neuroscience and Creativity. She has been working in the field of personal and organizational change for 10 years, has 2 teenagers and manages life like an octopus. Her work includes being the Instigator and Connecter at Essex Hub for Women & Business Co-working space, Chief Listening Officer at KLH Coaching Studio, Principal Solution Strategist for Living Room: Center of Positive Change and Donut Designer at Darn Good Donuts. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree, and certifications in Applied Positive Psychology, Positive Organizational Development, and Brain Based Coaching.

is the founder of EnRoute Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing mentorship and logistical support for young people who take gap years before or during college. Over the past ten years, Julia has become an expert in her field by advising hundreds of students, as well as personally visiting gap year programs in over twenty countries. She built EnRoute from the ground up at the age of 23 and continues to run all aspects of the business. Julia is a seasoned traveler, advisor, writer and speaker, presenting nationally on issues related to gap year travel, ethical volunteering and global citizenship.

Michelle Massa of Vital Assets Marketing
Michelle Massa brings 20+ years of marketing, communications and business development experience, both locally and internationally, across an impressive list of industries and companies. Sporting an entrepreneurial spirit, in addition to creating Vital Assets Marketing, Michelle also drove marketing efforts at two internet start-ups, one of which was purchased by Ariba Software in 2000. She’s certified on Hubspot Inbound Marketing techniques, including multi-channel publishing and content development, email marketing, SEO, and high-conversion landing page techniques. In January, she joined local digital marketing agency, Bluehouse Group, as their marketing director and will continue her private practice on the side.
